What are my obligations?

To buy-back the TROT products any time till its ‘Recall’ date.

We promote resale of your bought-back stocks through agent network.

We expect your average holding period to be less than one month.

Your aggregate obligation in respect of all the TROT products sold by your earlier is limited to your capital amount.

All your buy-back obligations come to an end after the Trade Partnership period of 5 years.

What if I fail in my obligations?
If you fail to buy-back the TROT products, TROT Realty will buy it at the same buy-bid rate.

TROT Realty will sale it to you for its buy back on ‘No-profit-no-loss’ basis.

Your failure to pay the sale consideration, the Trade Partnership will stand terminated.
How secured is your e-com platform?

Access to your account is subject to user name and password.

The transactions will be executed after mandatory confirmations for your safety – say, SMS to your mobile with a mandatory waiting period for your confirmation.

Many additional advanced algorithm based safety measures are provided.

We have most advanced security system to protect against hacking and system failure.

The system will be operated on a cloud processing platform of HP, a global IT giant.

The data will be also be maintained by us in duplicate at different data centers.

What happens if the platform ceases to exist?

Very unlikely

We shall be entering into a long term contract with a major software company to maintain it.

All the transactions data will be maintained in data vault of NSDL.

It will guarantee that to no transaction data can be deleted or altered.

Your rights evidenced by the Transaction Note are against the Developer and are legally enforceable.

Is TROT Realty a ‘Realty Fund’?

No.

We do not collect your money and invest on your behalf or manage your investment.

We only trade in TROT products. Buy in bulk as a sole buyer and resale it to you.

We provide our buy-back assurance to ensure ready market for the products.

You take your own investment and trade decisions. We just make it simple.
